Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

Cancel any time from inside the app — Wardrobe, then your plan. It takes one tap and no explanation. Cancelling stops the next charge; nothing is charged to cancel.

You keep Premium until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that the account carries on as a free account. Your wardrobe, your outfits and your cards all stay — the free plan only stops you adding more photographs.

Refunds

If you were charged after you cancelled, or charged twice, or the app did not work and we could not fix it, write to us and we will refund you in full.

Ask within 7 days of the charge. We decide within 3 working days, and an approved refund reaches the account or card it was paid from within 5 to 7 working days once we have issued it. The last step is your bank's, and we cannot make it faster.

What we do not refund

Part-months when you simply stop using the app after a full month has run. You can cancel before the next date, and the app will remind you what your plan is.
