Bhesh

Terms and conditions

Last updated 19 September 2026 · bhesh.in

These terms govern your use of Bhesh, an app operated by Atishay Jain ("we", "us"). By signing in you accept them.

1. What the service is

Bhesh reads photographs of clothes you own, builds a list of those garments, and suggests combinations of them. It is a styling aid. It does not sell clothes and it holds no stock.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You need an Indian mobile number, which is how we identify your account — anyone who can receive the code on that number can reach your wardrobe, so keep the number secure.

3. Your photographs stay yours

You keep every right you have in the photographs you upload. You give us permission to store them and to send them to be analysed for the sole purpose of running the service for you. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to advertise. Cards you choose to share are shared by you, by your action.

4. What you must not upload

Photographs of other people without their agreement, anything unlawful, anything you do not have the right to upload, or anything designed to attack the service.

5. What we do not promise

Garment recognition is not perfect and we say so plainly: about 86% of garments come back usable in our own testing. Suggestions are opinions about clothes, not advice you are owed. We do not promise that any outfit will suit you, that the app will be available without interruption, or that a shop we link to has anything in stock.

6. Links to shops

Where we suggest a garment to buy, the link opens a search on a retailer's own site. We may earn a commission if you buy. The purchase is between you and that retailer, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

7. Subscription

Premium is billed monthly at ₹99 and renews until cancelled. See Pricing and Cancellation and refunds.

8. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, and everything of yours goes with it. We may suspend an account that breaks section 4, and will tell you why.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you in the app before the change applies.

11. Law

Indian law applies, and the courts at Delhi has jurisdiction.
